Shipping policy

Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation e-mail for your order. If you do not receive this please get in touch!

I usually try to ship out each item within 3-5 days however sometimes it will take a little longer. Once your item has been shipped, you will be able to track your item. A photo of your item should be taken upon delivery to confirm arrival.

I do not have any control over the item and its delivery times once it has been shipped. If it is taking a little longer than expected, please allow up to 7 days for the item to arrive before getting in touch. If your item does get lost in the post, I will try my best to get it sorted by getting in touch with Royal Mail.
