Refund policy

I do not offer refunds or returns on items as a rule, especially for reasons such as design, colour, sizing, shape or small print imperfections. These are all either shown in listing photos or stated within the item descriptions. I also do not provide refunds for items due to late arrival from postage - this is something I have no control over.

I will provide refunds if there is a major flaw with your item. A major flaw would be such as arriving with damage (rips and tears) to the item, an incorrect size compared to the listed one or the print not being cured correctly. Should this happen, please get in touch with images of the issues with the item and I will provide a pre-paid shipping code for it to be sent back to me for inspection. I will require the item to be sent back so that I can check why the issue has happened and ensure that it is caused by an issue on my side. Once I receive the item and confirm fault I will provide a full refund.
